Free State VII Call for Scores

Continuing our commitment to an annual showcase of the new and exciting music of Irish composers, Crash Ensemble welcomes submissions for Free State VII.

Selected pieces will be performed by Crash Ensemble in a Spring 2012 concert in Dublin.

Free State VII is open to Irish composers and composers resident in Ireland.

Works should be for instruments within the ensemble (see below), not exceeding 20 minutes. The piece can include electronics but ideally not a click-track. 



Please send all submissions as a PDF score (and MP3 if available).

Crash Ensemble instrumentation: 
Violin, Viola, Cello, Double Bass, Piano, Electric Guitar, Percussion, Clarinet, Flute, Trombone.

Solo pieces for any of these instruments will also be accepted.
