As part of Luail’s Moving in Collaboration Programme, in partnership with Crash Ensemble, we are offering Sounding Boards | One-to-One Mentoring sessions with 31 mentors. This is an opportunity for emerging artists and arts workers to connect with experienced practitioners and use the sessions as a space to ask questions, test ideas, reflect on working practices, and gain insight into different career pathways within dance, music and the wider arts sector.
The programme brings together mentors from across the entire Luail organisation, including resident artists, dance deputies, the ensemble, and staff teams, alongside leadership and composers from Crash Ensemble and four inclusive dance practitioners. Whether participants are looking for practical advice, creative feedback, professional guidance, or simply a sounding board for ideas and ambitions, the sessions are designed to support open conversation, shared learning, and meaningful exchange.
Please note, each mentor has shared two different dates to meet with two individuals – these dates are flexible and can be rescheduled once you have secured your place.
